About Us
Sharpe Construction is a family owned and operated building company that specializes in new custom coastal homes, with a variety of exterior and interior designs. We have over 30 years of experience and have been conducting business on LBI for over 30 years. We work hard to make building a home an exciting and rewarding process.
Our Process
Built For Coastal Living
The majority of people we build for want to create a place where they can enjoy time with family and friends during the beautiful summers at the shore. Our part is to make it a home with details and tastes that match each homeowner’s style. We also build it to last and hold value.
We start by helping you find a design that fits your location and then obtain all needed permits and requirements to begin building.
We do all the onsite building, from frame to finish trim and cabinetry. This allows us to maintain a better-quality standard and incorporate the many features the owner expects.

Working With Us
For most of our clients, the project is a second home and traveling around to several other vendors can make it a time-consuming experience.
Our office is not only a place for us to meet with our clients, it is also a display location. This lets customers see details and materials we can use in your custom home. Homeowners can also work directly with our in-house interior designer. This enables us to create a total custom interior package for you, without having to visit other vendors and save valuable time.
